Student Affairs Division

The Student Affairs Office at National Overseas Chinese Senior High School is located on the first floor of the Living Technology Building. It is the department most closely and frequently interacting with students. Everything related to students' food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and recreation is, to some extent, connected to the Student Affairs Office. The staff here work with care and dedication, continually attending to students' daily needs. They proactively design and organize various campus activities to create an educational environment that promotes learning and growth, fostering a culture of excellence among students.

The Student Affairs Office is divided into five sections, each with specific responsibilities:

Student Activities Section: This section is primarily responsible for organizing school-wide student activities such as new student orientation, the opening ceremony, teacher appreciation events, graduation trips, Lunar New Year celebrations for overseas Chinese students, and student council elections. It plays a crucial role within the Student Affairs Office.

Disciplinary Section: This section sets and manages students' daily schedules, tracks attendance, establishes student reward and disciplinary measures, manages dormitories, and oversees various aspects of daily routines. It is vital in shaping students' character and conduct during their time at school.

Hygiene Section: This section oversees the cleanliness of the school environment, handles student injuries and illnesses, manages student insurance, and promotes environmental education.

Physical Education Section: This section manages all school-wide sports activities, organizes various internal and external sports competitions, and handles the rental of sports facilities.

Club Activities Section: This section oversees all school club activities, facilitates international educational exchanges, and organizes alumni association operations.
